Modo with Ellery | Episode 29: Enhancing Fuse Models
In this episode we will take the Adobe Fuse model from the previous episode with its fully built materials and proceed to improve the model by adding SubDs to the low polygon mesh. We will also look at edge weighting to add sharp details back into the model. This same technique can be very useful with other models where there are faceted details that should appear smooth mixed with sharp edges but complex topology makes it difficult to simply add extra support edges. Finally we will build a complex eye to replace the very basic eye included with the model.
