Hatchet Collection for MODO gets a Sweet Update
I'm very excited to announce that the Hatchet Collection, has a sweet update with 17 new tools. This is a free update to existing customers.
Here is a brief run down of what's been added:
Deform Tools:
> pp_Fit_to_Back
This script is designed to scale the selected polygons to the dimensions of the bounding box of the inactive meshes.
>pp_swap_verts
This script is designed to swap the positions of two verts.
Curve Tools:
>pp_curve_to_active_tube
This script is designed to create a tube based on a selected curve and remain active for user edits This works in 3 simple steps: Select a single curve, run script, and right click in the viewport.
>pp_light_chain
This script is designed to string points lights on selected curves. The lights will be constrained to the verts that make up the curve, which makes it easy to change the placement of the lights by simply editing the verts on the curve.
Mesh Creation tools:
>pp_polyhedrons
This script is designed to create polyhedron primitives. These primitives include: Cuboctahedron, Dodecahedron, Icosahedron, Icosidodecahedron, Octahedron, Rhombic-Dodecahedron, Rhombic-Triacontahedron, Rhombicosidodecahedron, Tetrahedron, Truncated-Icosahedron and Truncated-Tetrahedron.
Setup tools:
>pp_Add_Center_Vert
This script is designed to add a single vert to the center of your selected polygons
>pp_backdrop_size
This script let's the user resize their backdrop to a specific size.
>pp_backdrop_size_ka
This script let's the user resize their backdrop to a specific width while keeping aspect ratio for height.
>pp_backdrop_to_imageplane
This script is designed to create a polygon that matches the selected backdrop item.
Vertex Map Tools:
pp_explode_connected
This script is designed to create a morph with the current mesh item exploded based on contiguous meshes.
pp_explode_parts
This script is designed to create a morph with the current mesh item exploded based on user created Parts.
pp_explode_polysets
This script is designed to create a morph with the current mesh item exploded based on user created polygon selection sets.
pp_explode_vertsets
This script is designed to create a morph with the current mesh item exploded based on user created vertex selection sets.
pp_explode_edgesets
This script is designed to create a morph with the current mesh item exploded based on user created edge selection sets.
pp_morphmixer
This script is designed to quickly create morph channel sets from selected morph deformers.
pp_quick_morphinfluence
This script is designed to quickly create morph deformers with unique names from selected morph maps.
pp_quick_transformeffector
This script is designed to quickly create transform effectors with unique names from selected weightmaps.
